The Photo EC H-Cell Kits is a fully equipped, horizontally mounted dual-compartment H-Cell setup, featuring an additional quartz window with a 20 mm light input port for photo-based electrocatalysis studies, including the Hydrogen Evolution Reaction (HER) and Oxygen Evolution Reaction (OER).
Available: 50 ml, 100 ml and 250 ml
Gas-Tight Construction: Two separate chambers, each with gas inlet and outlet, enabling solution bubbling and gas evacuation.
Chamber Separation: Chambers can be divided using an ion-exchange membrane (DuPont’s Nafion® membrane not included) to prevent electrochemical products at the working and counter electrodes from interfering with each other.
Photoelectrochemical Studies: Ideal for light-assisted catalytic experiments.
Potentiostat Compatibility: Compatible with Gamry potentiostat for precise measurements.
