Abstract In this paper, we report a simple and highly reproducible strategy to fabricate a high-performance hysteresis-free organic-inorganic based perovskite solar cell (PSC). A single-step, fast deposition-crystallization method has been adopted for preparing {MAPbI3} based perovskite film. The role of ethoxyethane as an anti-solvent and the importance of deposition time in film crystallization have been investigated in detail.
