What is Gamry Instruments' System Assurance?
System Assurance is provided with each new potentiostat (and booster) sold and gives you peace-of-mind in knowing that your instrument is performing at peak condition and giving you the best possible results. System Assurance gives you the ability to *send your system back to Gamry once during the initial warranty period.
What's Included with the System Assurance?
You will receive:
- any continuing engineering improvements
- a full factory re-calibration
- a full QC Check
Any software updates and standard feature enhancements are also included free of charge with System Assurance.
Can System Assurance be Extended?
Extended System Assurance is available to increase your coverage to a total of four years. Extended System Assurance allows users to send their system back once more during the additional two years. The four-year plan also includes an extended warranty.
How Do I Schedule a Return Under System Assurance?
We have made it easy to schedule a return and create your Return Authorization through our Customer Care Client Login. Your instrument must be registered to create your return. So create your account now, or if you already have a login register your instrument(s) today.
