No, let's start over using the calibration shield.
The Gamry Calibration Shield is a very basic faraday cage. Connect the black ground lead(s) of your cell cable to the grounding post on the outside of the box, and firmly close the lid with the dummy cell inside and connections running in through the slots on the side of the box.
